Sheryl J. (Woody) Clubine August 20, 1949 – December 20, 2018

Sheryl Jean (Woody) Clubine, 69, of Brunswick, Missouri, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 20, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 24, 2018, with Gail Brown officiating. Per Sheryl’s wishes, there will be no visitation.

Sheryl was born on August 20, 1949, in Mendon, Missouri, the daughter of Lloyd T. and Hazel (Fugett) Woody.  She graduated from Northwestern High School in Mendon in 1967.  Sheryl was married to Gene Clubine on January 19, 1968 in Sumner, Missouri, and they were blessed with three sons.

Sheryl was a founding member of Arrowhead Saddle Club, a member of the Royal Neighbors, and a founding member of First Missouri State Foundation Quarter Horse Registry Affiliate.  She was of the Methodist faith.

Sheryl is survived by her husband, Gene, of the home; her three sons, Richard (Karla) and David (Lisa) of Brunswick, and Brian (Tina) of Odessa; ten grandchildren, Hailey Swan (Josh), Shelby Clubine, Abby Clubine, Chris Sharp, Brandy Neville, Laura Untiedt (Brandon), Ethan Clubine (Hannah), Hannah Clubine (Eric), Sarah Clubine, and Cameron Clubine; five great-grandchildren, Kennedy Swan, Max Sharp, Preston & Lelan Untiedt, and Braelynn Colborn; her brother, Melvin (Judith) Woody; two sisters, Judy Coram (Loren) and Maxine Jacobs; six sisters-in-law, Janet Woody, Pauline Woody, Virginia Woody, Zerita Woody, Nola King (G.L) and Joye Clubine; two brothers-in-law Ben Clubine (Nancy) and Roscoe Coram; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Sheryl was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Delphus, Joe, Wayne and Francis Woody; her nephew, Roger McKee; two infant siblings; her sister-in-law, Doris Coram; and two brothers-in-law, Jerry Clubine and Olin Jacobs.

Pallbearers will be Fred Carpenter, Bo Sharp, Billy Jim Montgomery, Chris Elliott, Ryan Elliott, and Josh Swan.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Hazel Ridge Cemetery.  Donations may be left at or mailed to Breshears Memorial Chapel, 207 W. Broadway, Brunswick, MO, 65236.
