Laura Lou (Wilson) White February 25, 1939 – January 19, 2023

Laura Lou (Wilson) White, 83, of Brunswick, MO, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at North Kansas City Hospital in North Kansas City, MO. Memorial services will be held at Breshears Memorial Chapel, Brunswick, MO, on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Mark Schuchmann will officiate the service. Visitation will precede the service from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Saturday. Inurnment will be in Elliott Grove Cemetery, Brunswick, MO.

Laura Lou Wilson was born on February 25, 1939, in Triplett, MO, the daughter of Ernest and Georgia (Fleetwood) Wilson. She attended high school in Dean Lake, MO. On January 18, 1958, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Jerry White, in Brunswick, MO. Together they were blessed with two children, Kathy and Victor.

Laura worked at several local businesses including Jomac Glove Factory in Brunswick, MO, American Discovery Manufacturing in Glasgow, MO, White and Roger, York, and Harvey’s Pecan House, all in Brunswick, MO. Laura loved spending time with her family and in her spare time she enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, and tending to her flower garden.

Laura is survived by her two children, Kathy (Wayne) Inman of Ogden, KS, and Victor White of Brunswick, MO; four grandchildren, Tina (Jeremy) Legault of Lansing, KS, Tiffany Edmonds of Ogden, KS, Sasha Cooper of Carrollton, MO, and Jessy (Korrissa) White of Brunswick, MO; eight great-grandchildren, Chase Legault, Paige Legault, Braxton Edmonds, Kylie Edmonds, Vanessa White, Sophia Wilson, Addyson O’Bryan, and Cassady O’Bryan; and one sister, Erma Butler of Moberly, MO.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry; four brothers, Donald Wilson, James Wilson, Richard Wilson, and Robert Wilson; and one daughter-in-law, Michelle White.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy Legault, Chase Legault, Braxton Edmonds, and Jessy White.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to Family Choice. Donations may be left at or mailed to Breshears Memorial
